My day.

Today was a great day, I trained my legs like I had never done in my life, I trained like Ronny when he was a big man. I focused on working quads deep and with good weight, free squat almost 200 kilos without using a belt. I like to feel the pressure in my abdomen, it was wonderful, and do you like to train or are you lazy?

The Gym

The gym is one of the things that I am most passionate about in my life, I like to have a healthy and athletic body, that is why I attend every day. I like to create my own training routines, the routine I enjoy doing the most is the leg routine, I love my whole body, but I like to work on them more.
